These terms apply when you browse this website, submit a customisation request, or place an order with MBM. By using the website, you agree to these terms.

Products and custom work

We aim to describe products accurately. Colours and details can vary because of screens, photography, fabric behaviour, and the handmade nature of our work. Custom and embroidery work depends on material suitability, available fabric, accurate measurements, and MBM’s confirmation.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in AED unless stated otherwise. Submitting an order or request does not guarantee acceptance. An order is confirmed when MBM accepts it and any required payment or deposit is received. We may decline or cancel an order if stock, pricing, material suitability, fraud checks, or delivery requirements prevent fulfilment; amounts already collected for a cancelled order will be handled as required by applicable law.

Delivery

Delivery fees are shown before payment. Delivery dates are estimates unless MBM expressly confirms otherwise. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details and for any import duties or local charges disclosed as your responsibility.

Changes, cancellations, and returns

Contact MBM promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Customised, made-to-measure, or embroidered items may not be eligible for change, return, or exchange once work has started, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Email hello@mbmae.shop for help with an order.

Measurements and submitted materials

You are responsible for the accuracy of measurements and instructions you provide. MBM may refuse unsuitable fabric or work that risks damaging submitted material. Natural fabric behaviour, minor handmade variations, and issues caused by third-party alterations are not manufacturing defects.

Website use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content, or copy MBM content for commercial use without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MBM is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any mandatory consumer-protection rights and jurisdiction rules continue to apply.
