By placing an order with MBM, clients agree to the following:
- MBM maintains full creative direction over embroidery, threads, and crystal shades.
- Not all fabrics are suitable for embroidery. If the fabric quality is unsuitable or may be damaged, it will be returned.
- Clients must provide sufficient fabric. If fabric is short and joining is possible, MBM may create a joint with an additional embroidery fee. If not feasible, the fabric will be returned.
- Production does not begin on the day the fabric arrives.
- MBM will not remove or alter embroidery once work has begun or been completed. Any additional changes are subject to feasibility and extra charges.
- Clients are responsible for accurate measurements.
- All pieces are handmade; minor variations are normal and not defects.
- MBM is not responsible for natural fabric behavior or issues caused by third-party tailors.
- A deposit is required to start. Full payment is due upon completion. No refunds or exchanges.
- Clients are kindly requested not to place specific expectations on the embroidery process. MBM maintains full creative and technical control, and clients are expected to trust the process completely.
- Orders without the required deposit will experience delays. The official confirmation date of the order is the date the deposit is received.
- UAE delivery is AED 30.
- Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and all other countries ship with DHL for AED 120.
