Information we collect

• Contact and delivery details, including your name, email, phone number, address, city, and country.
• Order details, products, customisation preferences, measurements, notes, and fabric photos you submit.
• Payment status and payment-provider references. MBM does not store full payment-card numbers; payment details are handled by the payment provider.
• Technical and security information generated when you use the site, such as request and service logs.

How we use information

We use this information to review and fulfil orders, arrange delivery, communicate with you, provide customer support, prevent fraud and misuse, maintain the website, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Service providers

We may share only the information needed with providers that host the website, process payments, deliver email, or fulfil deliveries. These may include Netlify, Stripe, Resend, DHL, and local delivery partners when those services are used. Providers may process information outside your country under their own safeguards and contractual obligations.

Storage and retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including order support, security, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Access to administration tools is restricted, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections in production.

Cookies and browser storage

The storefront uses browser storage to remember your shopping bag and embroidery-form progress. The administration area uses a secure session cookie. We do not currently use advertising cookies on this website.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with you, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You can clear saved shopping-bag or form information through your browser settings.

Children

This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate authorisation.
